Once again debuting exclusively at London Craft Beer Festival 2021, Transitory Sequence #2 allows one of our favourite hops, Mosaic, to take centre-stage. With a trio of Mosaic (Incognito, T-90 pellets & Cryo), including heavy whirlpool dosing and a big double dry hop addition during fermentation. Expect dank tropical and citrus notes from this in abundance and a smooth body from our our new grain bill - first used in our Committee of Five collaboration with our good friends Second Wind Brewing in Massachussets

The latest beer from our new evolutionary beer series - Transitory Sequence. This series allows us to push the boundaries even further when experimenting in our Pilot BrewLab and the results of those successes will feature as exclusive small batch releases. It will also ultimately be down to you, our customers, to decide which TS beers go on to make it into more regular production. Cheers!
