Refund policy

Cancellations and Standard Returns

If you wish to cancel or return goods, please email us at help@pinnorabrewing.com within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within this 14-day period. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Once we receive the returned items at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days. Please note that if the items are not faulty, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If there is a problem with your order or any items are damaged, please inform Pinnora Brewing within 30 days of receipt of the order. To report an issue, contact us at help@pinnorabrewing.com. We will offer a full refund or replacement for faulty items, including shipping costs, if notified within this timeframe. If a replacement is preferred, we will arrange for the faulty items to be collected and a new order sent out at no additional cost to you.

Failed Deliveries

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or an incorrect contact telephone number. Please double-check this information when placing your order. We cannot redirect the courier to a different address once the goods have been dispatched. In this case, we must cancel the previous order and have the goods returned before we can issue a refund, minus any shipping fees.

If our courier is unable to deliver your item because there is no one to receive it, and it is not collected from the courier's office within 14 days, it will be returned to Pinnora Brewing. We will refund orders undelivered, minus any shipping fees.

Replacements

If you have ordered an incorrect size for an item of merchandise, we are happy to offer a replacement item (if available) if we are notified within 14 days of the purchase. The item must be returned to us in an unworn, saleable condition with all tags still attached. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs in this case, unless the item is faulty.
