Debuting exclusively at London Craft Beer Festival in August 2021, Transitory Sequence #1 is our New England style DIPA featuring a heavy dose of El Dorado and Azacca in the whirlpool then further double hop additions. Combined with an experimental malt bill and settling at 7.4% this tropical beauty ticks all the boxes for our first experimental release.
The first ever beer from our new evolutionary beer series. Transitory Sequence allows us to push the boundaries even further when experimenting in our Pilot BrewLab and the results of those successes will feature as exclusive small batch releases.It will also ultimately be down to you, our customers, to decide which TS beers go on to make it into more regular production.
