Pinnora Brewing are excited to announce today that we are proud sponsors of local football team Old Lyonians, based in Subury Hill, Harrow. For the next 2 seasons, we will be the official shirt sponsor of the Southern Amateur Football League team.
The Old Lyonian Football Club (now Old Lyonians FC) was founded in 1902 and was initially set up by former pupils of The Lower School of John Lyon. The club joined the Southern Amateur Football League in 1924-25, of which it remains a member. It is also affiliated to the Amateur Football Alliance.
The team currently plays its home game matches at South Vale, Harrow, HA1 3PN, on the Senior Pitches of the John Lyon School. Their clubhouse, the Lyonian Pavillion, has been recently refurbished providing a well stocked bar and games rooms where teams and supporters of both sides can relax after the game. It's hoped, in future seasons, that Pinnora's beers will be available at home match days also.
